Scott McAlpine is the President of Integrated Analytics & Research Ltd. He has over 35 years in post-secondary education including as President of Douglas College in Metro Vancouver. Prior to that, Scott had success as as an academic administrator and instructor of Economics and Political Science. He also headed an Applied Research and Innovation unit assisting inventors take their ideas to market.  He has also served as a consultant for business, NGOs, and government.

He possesses a Honours B.A. in Economics and Political Science, an M.A. and Ph.D. in Political Science and an LLM in Canadian Constituional Law from Osgoode Hall. Known for his research, analysis, and public speaking skills, Scott has authored numerous reports, presentations and papers.
